I can make it through this day without selling my children or my husband to gypsies.
Feeling tired? Is that exhaustion pulling you out of the moment? Have a cup of coffee or a tall glass of ice tea. Studies show a good jolt of caffeine is as efficient as an extra 74 minutes of sleep. We all know that proper sleep and lots of water does the body best but sometimes (a lot of times,) we need a quick fix to make it through our day.
