My children are lucky.
Or course, they’re lucky. They have you as their mom. Believing in luck inspires us to try new things, even if those things are challenging. According to research by Maia Young at UCLA, “The more you think of luck as a stable personal trait, the more you feel personal agency.” By believing in luck, you feel special and more in control. If you have faith in luck, you’ll open yourself up to more possibilities and create more self-confidence in you and in your family.(Psychology Today. Aug. 2009)
